Hey there! I’m Annie. I’m a 33 year old who loves antiques, a good book, riding my beach cruiser, reading fashion blogs, real whipped cream, spending countless hours on Pinterest, writing, being a mom, and coffee in a paper cup. I’ve been married to Mr. Aaron Schrader for going on 12 years, and have probably the craziest Boston Terrier ever. I am mama to our sweet little peach, Ivy Jayne who just turned 2, and our precious new bundle of love, Hattie Mae, who is 3 months old.
I am a virtual assistant for an amazing company called eaHELP, who has provided me with one amazing client. It allows me to be home with my little one, while also keeping my brain sharp! I get to work virtually for a chemist in Odessa, Texas. Thank you Jesus for technology!
I started this blog a few years ago with the sole purpose of having something other than my day job to work on and look forward to. It did that, and so much more. It gave me a renewed passion for writing! It kept me accountable to trying new recipes and ideas on a weekly basis, only making it more clear what I feel I was made for. My dream used to be to one day become a pastry chef. Over the last few years that dream has changed some, but I still love baking and hope to spend lots of time with my kids in the kitchen as they get older.
